Health & Safety compliance in the workplace has never been more important, the need for individuals and businesses to comply to the increasing raft of Health & Safety legislation is motivated by the HSE (Health and Safety Executive), factory inspectors and the legal profession. If your company needs help compiling a health and safety policy or improving health and safety arrangements in the workplace, information and advice can be obtained from Autec Industrial & Construction Training. The specialists at Autec Training have many years of experience helping construction companies, manufacturing companies and commercial enterprises to organise or improve their health and safety management policy and routines.

Autec Health and Safety can also provide support for your company by becoming your retained health and safety adviser.  We don't just offer advice, we can compile your own unique risk assessments, method statements and your company safety policy.  We can even name someone from Autec Health and Safety Ltd as the 'competent person' in your health and safety policy.  We offer regular site visits (you say how often) to ensure your health and safety standards are being maintained.

It is a legal requirement for all employers to ensure their employees have received adequate health and safety training according to the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. Information, instruction, training and supervision are necessary to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare at work of all employees. All personnel must be properly trained to operate plant and machinery and be authorised to operate the same. All training must be documented and records kept. The easiest way for an employee to show evidence of training on the spot, is for them to carry, at all times, a recognisable photo registration card showing all of that persons training achievements together with renewal date.
