Terms and Conditions

Payment

**PLEASE NOTE** each individual must send a £100.00 deposit with their booking form to secure a
place on a training course. The full balance remaining is then payable before or no later than the first
morning of the course, unless prior arrangements have been made. Payments can be made either by
credit or debit card over the phone or by sending a cheque. Licences and certificates will not be issued
until payment has been received in full. If you are paying by cheque you must allow 5 full working
days for the cheque to clear.

Cancellation

1. If you cancel your course within 14 days of the course start date, your deposit will not be
refundable.

2. If you cancel your course within 7 days of the course start date, the total course fee will be payable
in full.
