IPAF Mast Climber Work Platform (MCWP) Training

By Autec

Autec Training offer an unrivalled programme of specialist IPAF training courses for the safe operation, installation and inspection of Mast Climbing Work Platforms (MCWPs).  Autec Training are one of the only accredited IPAF training centres in the UK to offer Mast Climber Work Platform (MCWP) training in centre.  Training can be carried out at our bespoke Training centre in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire as well as on your site anywhere in the UK.

Mast Climbing Work Platforms (MCWPs) are fast becoming the number 1 chosen form of elevated work access platform, increasingly used in the construction industry as temporary working places giving variable height access to specific areas of structures above ground level.

Typical applications for Mast Climbing Work Platforms (MCWPs) include: bricklaying, industrial cladding, fabric repair, window fitting and replacement, new-build housing, flats and offices, multi-trade sites, lift shaft installations, cleaning and painting.

Benefits of use

MCWPs allow efficient work on the façade of buildings where conventional methods may be uneconomical. They are in many cases more convenient to use than other forms of access equipment such as ladders, scaffolding, staging or suspended cradles.

Autec Training offer the following IPAF Mast Climber Work Platform (MCWP) Courses for:

  • IPAF MCWP Operator Training
  • IPAF MCWP Mobile Operator Training
  • IPAF MCWP Installer Training
  • IPAF MCWP Advanced installer Training
